2. Service Visit & Inspection

A technician visit is subject to a ₹199 visit charge, unless otherwise communicated at the time of booking. The visit includes diagnosis and inspection of the television. Repair charges and replacement parts, if required, are quoted separately after inspection.

3. Estimates & Repair Approval

Repair work will begin only after the customer approves the estimated repair cost. Prices may vary depending on the television brand, model, fault, and spare part availability.

4. Warranty Policy

Selected repairs and eligible replacement parts are covered by up to 90-day warranty. Warranty applies only to the repaired fault or replaced component and is subject to our warranty policy. Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, power surge, accidental damage, screen breakage, misuse, or repairs performed by another technician.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact details while booking.
• Ensure an adult is available during the technician visit.
• Provide safe access to the television for inspection and repair.
• Complete payment immediately after service unless otherwise agreed.

6. Repair Limitations

Some televisions may not be repairable due to severe physical damage, burnt display panels, liquid damage, discontinued parts, or unavailable replacement components. In such situations only the applicable visit charge may be payable.

7. Payments

Payments can be made through Cash, UPI, or Bank Transfer unless otherwise agreed. All replaced parts remain the property of Khushi TV Service until full payment has been received.

8. Limitation of Liability

Khushi TV Service is not responsible for pre-existing defects, manufacturer defects, loss of data stored on Smart TVs, delays due to spare part availability, or damage caused by external factors including voltage fluctuations, natural disasters, or unauthorized repairs. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the repair service.
